COVID Policy

CAMPAIGNS & ELECTIONS COVID POLICY

To ensure our attendees’ health and safety, as well as the safety of staff, Campaigns & Elections has implemented the following policy: Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 is required to attend the 2021 Reed Awards & Conference. Attendees with proof of vaccination agree to wear a mask at all times in all indoor spaces, per Washington, DC health and safety guidelines.

Ticket holders with a medical condition or a closely-held religious belief that prevents vaccination must provide proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test administered no more than 72 hours before the event’s start time. Please note that antibody tests are not acceptable. Such attendees must also wear a mask at all times.

All Campaigns & Elections event management staff have been certified as COVID Compliance Officers. The event will follow both CDC and District of Columbia guidelines on COVID.

What Proof of Full Vaccination Will You Accept?

“Full vaccination” means that either 14 days have passed since receiving the second dose of FDA or WHO authorized double-dose vaccines or that 14 days have passed since receiving the sole dose of FDA or WHO authorized single-dose vaccines. We can accept your physical vaccination card or a photo of your vaccination card as proof of vaccination.

Can I Verify My Vaccine Status Ahead of Time?

You can save time at the event by getting your proof of vaccination pre-verified. To do this please send your proof of vaccination, along with your full name and company to: covidsafety@campaignsandelections.com

What Type of Test Result Will You Accept?

We will accept documented (either printed or digital) negative VIRAL test results from a test taken within 72 hours of the start of The Reed Awards & Conference. The documentation must include the type of test, the healthcare entity that issued the test, the test date, and the name of the person being tested. At-home self tests will not be accepted.

What if I’m Unable to Show Proof of Vaccination or a Negative Test Result?

We will accept documented (either printed or digital) negative VIRAL test results from a test taken within 72 hours of the start of The Reed Awards & Conference. The documentation must include the type of test, the healthcare entity that issued the test, the test date, and the name of the person being tested. At-home self tests will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with our ticket policy, Campaigns & Elections reserves the right to change its policy at any time.
