Where is the 2019 Reed Awards & Conference being held?
The 2019 Reed Awards Conference will be held at Trinity Hall and the Reed Awards Ceremony and Awards Reception will take place at 800 Congress in Austin, Texas.

What is the dress code?
The general attire for the Reed conference is business or business casual.
For the Reed Awards reception, dinner and after party, black tie is encouraged but business attire is acceptable.
What is the ticket refund policy if I purchase a ticket but am unable to attend?
If after purchasing your ticket you are unable to attend the event you may use your ticket to attend another Campaigns & Elections conference taking place within one year of the event to which your ticket applied. In the event the ticket price for the conference you wish to transfer to is higher than the price you paid for your ticket you will have to pay the difference between the two price points to transfer your ticket. If the ticket price for the conference you wish to transfer to is lower than the price you paid for your ticket you will forfeit the difference between the two price points. For the avoidance of doubt, no credit will be provided in the event you transfer your ticket to an event with a ticket price lower than that which you paid for your ticket. No refunds will be issued.
When do entries open and close?

Is there an official hotel?
The discounted Reed Awards room block at the Omni Downtown Austin has sold out. If you haven’t already arranged accommodation we recommend using Hotels.com or a similar booking service. When booking accomodation, please note that all the Reeds related events are taking place in downtown Austin (click here for the Reed schedule which lists the venues for each component of the event).
I am a member of the press. How do I request a credential to cover the Reeds?
