HOW THIS STARTED
Two panels turned into something bigger
At Campaigns & Elections’ most recent Digital Campaign Summit, we brought together digital directors from state parties across the country for two party-specific panel discussions focused on the challenges and opportunities facing state party organizations.
Those conversations turned into peer learning opportunities that staffers told us they almost never get with their counterparts in other states. The feedback from one state digital director: “It was great, but can you invite 20 more of us next time?”
It’s exactly why we created the C&E Party Caucus Program for the 2027 Reed Awards & Conference in Atlanta, Georgia on March 17-20.
By bringing together Democratic and Republican state party staff in a structured professional development environment, the Caucus Program creates opportunities to meet and learn from colleagues navigating many of the same organizational and campaign challenges in states across the country.

A full ticket to the Reed Awards Conference
$99/Night Hotel Rate
Access to the C&E conference hotel room block at the conference hotel at a rate of $99 per night (subject to availability)
Caucus-Exclusive Sessions
Access to Caucus-exclusive breakout sessions and programming during the conference (held separately for Democratic and Republican cohorts)
Opening Networking Reception
Invitation to the State Party Caucus Opening Networking Reception
Party-Specific Networking Lunch
Party-specific networking lunch during the conference (held separately for Democratic and Republican cohorts)
A National Peer Network
Connection to state party peers from across the country.
Participants are only responsible for their own travel costs and arrangements.
ELIGIBILITY
Who can participate
Participation is open to full-time employees of state or national political parties. Spots are limited. To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a full-time staffer of a state or national political party
- Submit a request to participate
- Receive verification and confirmation of registration from Campaigns & Elections
Please Note
Candidates or elected officials who also hold a role within a state or national political party are not eligible to participate.
Our program was developed in consultation with campaign finance attorneys. Participation in this program is offered solely for conference attendance, professional development, and networking opportunities. Acceptance does not require or contemplate any endorsement, political support, official action, or future relationship with any event supporter or sponsor.
