About Nicole Dunger
As the Director of Partnerships at People First, I help political organizations and campaigns strategize digital messaging and methods for outreach, using data analysis and social listening tools. I have worked on local and national level campaigns to empower individuals to speak up and get involved in the issues they care most about.
I hold a Master’s degree in Demographic and Social Analysis from UC Irvine, where I learned how to apply quantitative and qualitative methods to understand and address social problems and policies. I am passionate about creating change through serving my community and empowering others to get involved in the areas of the women’s movement, LGBTQ matters, environmental issues, gun reform, immigration reform, and BIPOC movements. My core competencies include: communication, analytical skills, research, influencer marketing, social media strategy, survey data, demographic analysis, political outreach, and public speaking.
